Our interests are aligned with yours by construction: we are paid only out of money actually returned to you.
The structure
- $0 upfront. No retainers, no hourly billing, no review fees.
- A fixed percentage of recovered amounts. The rate is agreed in the engagement letter before work begins and never changes mid-engagement.
- Your first engagement is free up to $5,000 recovered. No fee on the first $5,000 of cumulative recoveries under a direct client's first engagement; the standard rate applies only above that. Broker-referred engagements engage at the standard rate.
- Invoiced only on confirmation. A fee accrues only when a credit, refund, or settlement is actually confirmed — computed on the recovered amount, exactly.
- Nothing recovered, nothing owed. If the review finds nothing, or you choose not to pursue a finding, there is no charge.
What the fee covers
Everything: the document review, the findings package, claim preparation, and the dispute conversation through resolution. There are no separate charges at any stage.
Why contingency? It keeps us honest. We only flag
what we can document, because we are paid only on what actually
stands up.
